We offer a ‘No Fix’ ‘No Fee’ on PC and laptop hardware repairs. On laptop repairs a £35 + vat investigation fee applies, which covers a fraction of the time needed to exactly identify faults. Investigation fee is refunded off final invoice if quote for works is acceptable and agreed). 60 Days warranty is given on all laptop and PC repairs.
